About Our Pastors

Stevens Hill is blessed to have a team of three pastors who bring their individual gifts and passions to build up the body.

Pastor Jeff Bach holds a Ph.D. in Religion from Duke University and a Masters of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary. Jeff is the retired Director for the Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies at Elizabethtown College. Previously, he spent 13 years as a Professor of Historical Studies and Brethren Studies at Bethany Theological Seminary. He also pastored a Church of the Brethren congregation in Iowa for 7 years. He has a passion for teaching, preaching and pastoral care.

Pastor Ann Bach holds a Masters of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary. She recently retired from serving as a hospice nurse. Other past experience includes supervising the chaplains at Hospice and Community Care in Lancaster County for 2 years and serving as an interim pastor at a Church of the Brethren in Indiana. Ann is trained as a spiritual director and has a passion for creative worship planning and pastoral care.

Pastor Audrey Estep holds a Masters of Divinity from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown. In addition to serving Stevens Hill, Audrey serves as an associate chaplain at a local retirement community. Audrey seeks to create worship services and events where joy flows fully and freely from the heart. She has the gift of encouragement and desires to see others grow in their Spiritual walk by finding God in the nooks and crannies of life!
